Thriving communities program

Rebuild trust, strengthen resilience, and ensure regeneration is fully lived

Through our Thriving Communities Program, we aim to rebuild trust, strengthen resilience, and ensure that the regeneration of the valley is fully lived. Our activities include:

  • Empowering the Sentim la Muga Movement, a bioregional coalition and the anchor of the Sentim la Muga Festival. More than a celebration, the festival is an annual impuls of community action, creating identity and belonging, where food, art, music, and storytelling weave tradition and innovation into a shared future.
  • Expanding our Catalyzer Fund, which turns vision into action by supporting grassroots projects that impact the daily life of the citizens in the valley through small philanthropic grants.
  • Creating a Bioregional Governance Model that unites public, private, and civic actors to jointly restore and steward the Muga Valley watershed. This model includes a network of visionary entrepreneurs, a civic coalition of municipalities and government, and citizens, and an advisory board of international thought leaders taking the watershed as a unit of governance.
