We are honoured and privileged to welcome His Venerable Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche (born in Tibet) at The Home to share his teachings with you. A long time student of His Eminence Garchen Rinpoche, His Venerable Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche was just seven years old when he received the vows of Refuge from Garchen Rinpoche and at twelve he was ordained as a monk. He went on to study the philosophy of the four schools of Tibetan Buddhism under numerous Khenpos, such as Khenpo Munsel and Khenpo Jigme Phunsok. Currently, Khenpo is the Spiritual Director at various Dharma centres in Canada, Ohio, Mexico and Brazil, and travels the world sharing Dharma wisdom through retreats, in-person and online gatherings.

This unique retreat is co-created in association with Álvaro Guirao López, founder & CEO of Optimal XR AG and Wisdom Health. Álvaro is an impact entrepreneur with the mission to empower an enlightened humanity evolution connecting Ancient & Future Technologies for self-realisation, redefining mental health, wellbeing and new conscious models of leadership. He holds a top management program for entrepreneurs at IE Business School and studies in Computer Science. As founder and CEO of Optimal XR AG, his mental health & wellbeing company bridged ancient wisdom with cutting edge science and technology.

Álvaro started his Swiss non-profit Wisdom Health during World Economic Forum week in Davos in 2020, redefining a new economy that goes beyond wealth from external ideas to an inside out experience.
