This retreat is all about unlocking (y)our human potential for regenerating the world we live in. Stepping into a deeply caring way of being and supporting living systems.

We have a unique opportunity to build on all the natural beauty that is still here and to design for thriving systems. This requires us to step away from the harmful and create from a healthier way of being, acting, feeling and thinking. This 4 days workshop helps us with this transition, to acknowledge old patterns and conditions, and to move into our own regenerative nature and embrace its full potential.

We offer 5 days and 4 nights immersed in wild Catalonia where participants are encouraged to bring their own professional and/or personal projects, aspirations, and questions. This will be a time for self-care, laughter and work to unveil our regenerative visions and how to realize them. Together we explore our own wellbeing intertwined with life’s potential for flourishing prosperity.

There will be opportunities for transformational dialogue, personal coaching, handcrafting, guided walks, visiting the estate, and conversations with the founder to help you anchor your own vision and return home with tangible steps for regeneration. We hope for you to leave this retreat reinvigorated, relaxed, and inspired for your own regenerative journey.

Your stay

The Home of the Pioneers of our Time is a safe space for change-makers from all over the world. It hosts comfort rooms and nature accommodations. All rooms have king size beds with exclusive mattresses and high quality bed linen. Or imagine you open your tent in the early morning to experience the wonderful and relaxing scents and sounds of the forest. All nature accommodations (spacious Sahara Bell tents) have one or two comfortable single beds and outdoor showers. You will enjoy a variety of delicious vegetarian meals, fruits, teas and water and the free use of a breathtaking infinity pool. The Home and grounds are completely private.

About the facilitators

Guénola (Ph.D) is a international certified coach, manager, lecturer and researcher in sustainable development, wellbeing and regenerative societies. She has lived in several countries and is currently based in Sweden where she works at Jönköping Internatioinal Business School, developing trainings, helping transform organisations and guiding executive managers to help accelerate their sustainability transition. Guénola has published multiple publications, conducted conferences and facilitated workshops and trainings. Additionally Guénola brings her creative mindset, her empathy and her deep interest in human beings & Nature and in helping us unleash our beautiful potential. Nina is a systems thinker, impact investing specialist, compassionate leader and absolute lover of nature. She has spent more than a decade working with all different kinds of impact investors allocating capital into system-changing businesses and funds across 5 continents and 11 sectors and she co-founded three impactful ventures in Nepal, Tanzania and Belgium.

Today she focuses on a group of individual wealth holders and provides integrated services of impact investing, investment education and consciousness development with her own advisory boutique GoldenDeer. Nina is trained in family constellation and compassionate leadership and she is a meditator since more than 10 years which are key ingredients for success in all business endeavours. More info? This course is designed for all of you who want to implement regenerative principles inside your organisation.
